As the Head of Product Management and Consulting for Unified Communications in Europe, Nick is responsible for the "Go To Market" strategy of every product in the Unified Communications portfolio. Nick joined Cisco at the beginning of 2000 as the Technical Leader of the EMEA development team in IP Telephony. He has more than 15 years experience in the communications industry in development and marketing with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering (BEng) from Essex University and a masters degree in Software Engineering (MSc) from Southampton University.
